The keys are cut apart on the bandsaw, first the through cuts between B-C and E-F, then the fronts to the sharps and the backs to the back score line. The cross cuts at the front of the sharps are done with a coping saw and trimmed to the back score line on the bandsaw. The plating on the sharps is cut off on the table saw.
